Squeezed between blocks of work, lunch gets overlooked too often. Instead of becoming a well-earned break where we can refresh our minds and bodies, it becomes a sad sandwich on stale white bread while sitting at our desks.
But, we’re here to change all that.
At The Water Tower, we’re ready to start celebrating lunch as a small moment of clarity in the hustle and bustle of our work day, when we can relax and recalibrate what’s really important.
Making lunch an experience to savour
The Water Tower has always been about making meals events – from the anticipation of the elevator to the decadent dessert as the sun goes down.
Sitting high above Lethbridge, it’s hard not to stop to breathe and take in the view. It’s this pause, once you’ve come up the elevator, that (ironically) grounds every experience at The Water Tower. Rising above the problems and concerns of the day, you get a different perspective and the chance to relax without that worry. Then, you can enjoy our house-made meals and desserts, and really be present with the people you’re with.
While most people associate that romance with the evening, we’re not content to constrain those experiences to after work. We believe that every meal should be a moment where both body and mind are revived through good food and great company, and that includes poor, forgotten lunch.
Open for lunch every day
Starting from 11 a.m. every day, and continuing through to 4 p.m., we’re serving lunch that goes beyond the brown, paper bag.
No matter what you want from your midday meal – from late brunch mimosas to light lunch tostadas – we have you covered on our full-service menu. That means you can bring a first date up to the Tower, or a client you really want to impress.
Whatever you need your lunch to be, we can help you get there.
Meet you @ The Tower
For your next lunch, make your midday break one to remember with a view that’s only matched by the food, and of course the wonderful people you bring up with you.
